Smoo.link is a simple URL shortening service with custom domains and basic click counts. The service is provided as is and without complex guarantees.
2. Accounts
You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not use Smoo.link to:
- Host or share illegal content.
- Promote spam, scams, malware, or abusive behavior.
- Mislead users about destinations.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Payments
- Smoo.link Pro costs €12 per year. Unlimited domains and links. No extra fees.
- Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
- No refunds are offered.
- The subscription renews yearly unless canceled.
5. Custom Domains
You are responsible for the domain name you connect. We do not provide SSL certificates directly. If your registrar supports SSL, you can enable it on your side.
6. Availability
We aim for good reliability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The service may change or improve over time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Smoo.link and La Compagnie des Internets™ Bordelaise are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Any indirect damages
You use the service at your own risk.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the rules or abuse the system.
